we are a new startup (2 persons) and are currently configuring our new webshop. Because of Corona our going live has been delayed. But now it is in a few weeks time.

Currently we are thinking about how to handle customer requests. It would be very helpful if a few merchants with more Shopify experience than we can tell us which helpdesk system they use and what their experience is.
