App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Help us streamline and automate some our customer service. We are looking for an app that streamlines our various customer service channels including Facebook/Insta Messenger and email (if possible).
Other key functionality we are looking for:
- Ability to use chatbot to respond to order tracking, order edits, order cancellations and general questions such as how much is your shipping.
- Ability to manage customer service channels in one view.
- App based for on the go customer service.
- Not necessarily a live helpdesk that needs to have staff available live.
Does this exist?!

Check out Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Re:amaze, and Tidio... all great Shopify-compatible AI chatbot apps for streamlined, multi-channel customer service.
We use Resolvebot for our AI customer service. Unfortunately it's only for email customer service andcannot solve problems itself, but at least it automates a part of the customer service.
