App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Can anyone recommend a good app to add to my store to allow customers to track their orders? I have one that I'm using at the moment but the updates that it provides are in really poor English which reflects badly on my store as it appears on my site. I think the updates are actually coming from the carrier rather than the app itself but I was wondering if other people have encountered this problem and if there is a way round it with an app that provides good English?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. The problem with contacting the app developers is sometimes they are unaware that the English is poor. Thanks for the recommendations though, I'll have a look through the reviews.
