Who can help finalize an enterprise level app on Shopify?

We've got a app that we have coded and is in final review but our developer is having some trouble getting it across the finish line with Shopify.. does anyone have experience or someone they have used that can do a final review of code and help us get over the finish line on Shopify's review?
