Who knows a Print on Demand service for custom graphic leggings?

Good Day,

I have a fun graphic print for leggings I wish to market but I'm finding it difficult to pinpoint someone who can do what I require.  The graphic has to print across the seat portion of the leggings.  As an example, some of the "PINK" logo leggings I've seen from time to time has the logo across the bottom (butt) of the garment.  This is the placement area I'm striving for.  I've contacted a couple of the top performing PODs like Printful, Printify, Customcat etc.  They say the legging seam would make alignment of the graphic difficult at best so they don't recommend it.  I've contacted via email at least four other printers and have received no response at all.  I came across an Etsy store front that offers this as a custom print area on their legging to the customers as well so I know I'm not imagining this as a posibility.

Is anyone aware of a POD printer that can do this.
