Wholesale App that Does MORE than just Wholesale

I am looking for a wholesale solution that is quite unique. 

Here is an example:
John's Gym can log on to gmusport.com/johnsgym
They can order product for their store and employees at a 40% discount.
Ethan who works at John's Gym wants to set up his client on a month subscription. Ethan needs to log into gmusport.com/johnsgym using the passcode and set up a customer with a monthly subscription.
John's Gym needs full access to the products on gmusport.com

Can you explain more in details the solution ? 

When John's Gym logged in then select any product(s) it will be purchased with 40% discount so now the product will be shipped to John' Gym or it will be listed on John's Gym store where customer can buy it ? 

Also for monthly subscriptions what is that for ? I mean it is for monthly Gym Fee subscriptions etc ?

Ethan at John's Gym would log into GMU Sport.com and see John's Gym landing page. From the landing page, Ethan can purchase GMU Sport products as a "PO" with 40% off. 

Caroline, Ethan's client, wants to set up a subscription for product X, Y and Z. Ethan will be able to, in their "dashboard" set the client up with a monthly subscription of the products and their own GMU Sport account, where the monthly subscription can be managed. The client would be paying for the order.

The monthly subscription would be of GMU Sport products for the gym's clients.

I hope this makes sense?
