Wholesale app that works with Prestige flyout cart

We have Prestige theme installed for our client's site and we're using the flyout cart. Our client wants to start managing wholesale orders through the site and we are assessing wholesale apps.

Some like Wholesale Cart don't appear to work with the flyout cart, and need the customer to be sent to the /cart page. That's not ideal for us - unless we can easily customise so that wholesale customers go to /cart page but retail customers continue to use the flyout cart.

Does anyone have any experience of wholesale apps that work well with Prestige using the flyout cart?
