Wholesale2b category mapping with shopify collections

Hi all!
I have some problems trying to import the Wholesale2b categories into my shopify store.

Basically, I have followed this guide https://www.wholesale2b.com/knowledge-base/shopify-collection-mapping.html, so I have added the category name "Aids" for some sets of categories under Wholesale2b (in the Category Mapping page). According to the guide, I should be able to see the category "Aids" in the Shopify collection list. Unfortunately, after more than 2 days I cannot see that collection in the list.

In the guide it is clearly written that "the new category mapping will be pushed to your store".

Did I miss anything or should I have done it in another way?

I have contacted the Shopify support by chat but I have been told that they couldn't help since it's something related to a third-party app (Dropship Easily — Wholesale2B).
