Why am I being billed $418 for an unused app after my free trial?

Shopify has been trying to get 418 dollars from me and I haven’t used the app in a very long time and they are trying to get it after my free trial and I’m wondering what I can do because I can’t pay that much right now and what happens if I don’t pay them and every time I try to deactivate my account it says I can’t because I have to pay it

It sounds as though an attempt is being made to apply an annual subscription fee to your account—can you see an option to choose monthly billing, instead of annual? This will mean lower monthly fees applied instead one lump sum for the year of access.

Hi! Just wondering if you managed to resolve this issue and if so how you did so. 
I am currently being billed for an app that I uninstalled during my free trial period. I have contacted the app to have this bill cancelled multiple times to no avail. Just hoping that you can give me some advice. App is ShopCircle if that helps! Appreciate any help/advice 🫶🏽

I just got a new card and that’s it
