Why am I being charged extra on my AutoDS account?

I have the baisic shopify plan and I use AutoDS as my supplier. Yesterday, on January 12 I was charged $603.14, %533.75 of it was from autoDS saying that I had "add ons" and $69.39 for tax. I have no clue what this is and I did not add anything on AutoDS. Can someone explain why this is happening and how I can fix it.

I understand you have a concern about an AutoDS charge. Since AutoDS is a third-party app and company, they're in the best position to assist you with this concern and provide context around the charge. Please feel free to get in touch with them to get some clarification. You can do so by following the steps below.

 

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
  2. Next to the name of the app that you need help with, click ... > Get support.
  3. Enter the details of your issue.
  4. Click Send message.

I had the exact same incident today, but for $368.70. Were you able to get it figured out?
