hey 

I have been charged wrongly for a subscription of a deleted app on my store I deleted that for almost 1 week before the cycle and it charged unnecessarily

The first thing I would recommend here is carefully read over this app's pricing plan to make sure this bill has been applied incorrectly. What happens quite often is than an app may have a free trial period, and once you exit the trial period, even just by a few minutes, you are charged for a full billing cycle's worth of this app's usage. If you are certain the charge has been applied incorrectly, then the next step would be to reach out for a refund.

If the App has been downloaded to your store from our official Shopify App Store, then Shopify Support can reach out to this app developer on your behalf to request a refund. You can go about this by reaching out to our support team via the support portal, and a support advisor can complete the request from here. Please note the decision on whether or not to apply a refund is 100% at the discretion of the third party app developers, and not Shopify.

If the app in question is not one from our official App Store, then I would advise reaching out to the App developers directly to request a refund as this would be 100% outside of the scope of Shopify.
