I JUST NOTICED THAT YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN CHARING ME FOR APP ON MY MONTHLY BILLING FROM AUGUST 2020, I DO NOT OWN OR ADD ANY APPS TO MY ACCOUNT, PLEASE CAN YOU INVESTIGATRE THIS ISSUE?

When you view the Apps section of your admin, has the app been removed? If not, please delete the app as shown here.
If it has already been removed, then it sounds as though you may have signed up for an app subscription when the app was previously installed. What is the name of the app? As well, are you receiving the charge through a Shopify invoice or have the app developers issued their own invoice?
