Why am I being charged twice for My Online Fashion Store app?

I have the app My Online fashion Store and it's asking me to pick a plan for a free trial. I'm past the trial period and have already been charged for their monthly fee. Is it a Shopify issue or a My online shop issue? I don't want to get charged twice if I resign up for the trial. 

 

it's showing this on my subscriptions 

My Online Fashion Store

By ccwholesaleclothing

$29.00 every 30 days. Renews on February 24, 2022.

 

But I'm being taken back to this

The fee you're seeing here is specific to the app you've installed and not related to the Shopify monthly fee. Trials are also independent between apps & Shopify.

So to not be charged again I should reach out to the app? I've already passed the free trial and paid for the services last month.

So to not be charged again I should contact the application? I've as of now passed the free preliminary and paid for the administrations last month.

our app is free, we get only payment for orders, not for using app.
