Why am I charged $29 for deleting the 'Easy Ads' Facebook app?

Okay! So here is the question there is an app called easy ads it's an ads app for Facebook it's not working properly so I am deleting it, now the problem is now I am deleting it's charging me 29$ and the ads is also not running any suggestions what should I do?
