Why am I getting a 406 error when creating a webhook through API?

Team,

We are using webhook creation api to create webhook through shopify api, for a particular user alone getting 406 error. So they contacted shopify support to check the rootcause for it. They told it is because of api misusage. For other customers except this customer, it is working fine. Please help us to resolve. It would be appreciate if we get the problem solving response at the earliest.
