Why am I getting a Facebook Marketing Setup error despite accepting terms?

Whenever I add business Ad account in my marketing setup of facebook channel I got this error i.e "Accept Facebook Terms and Services to create Audience" even I have accepted the terms and services for that specific ad account.Kindly reply with the best solution as soon as possible.

My ad account is not disabled and I have accepted the facebook terms and services but still facing the same error i.e "Accept your facebook terms and services to create audiences" and I'm unable to go ahead setting the channel.
