Why am I getting a GraphQL error in my Shopify app?

When ever I enter my shopify store to keep building it. I now get this error code, where I never used to.. 

 

GraphQL execution failed with errors: [

 

could you pls help?

Could you tell me a little bit more about this error?

 

Where exactly in your admin are you getting it, and if possible, could you share a screenshot?

 

The first thing to try with errors like this is local troubleshooting, so I recommend you take the following steps:

 

  • Clear your cache and cookies on the Google Chrome browser, then try to take the steps to deactivate again.
  • Attempt to do the same on an alternative device i.e. if you're using mobile, try this on desktop.
  • Reset your internet connection and try again. Sometimes, network errors can lead to similar issues.

If none of the above works, like I mentioned before, please share a screenshot/any other further context and we will have a closer look!

Is there a way I can have someone access my shopify and sort the issue pls..

Going back to our support link here - https://bit.ly/40jFj4k - when you click into it, you can go through the topics and select what is relevant to you with your issue, until you finally come to a page with our live chat option.
