I am having an issue. When I get to the set about connecting my account I get an error message that says, "the feature isn't available for your account due to age issues"
I have looked and cannot find any thing about age restrictions on my account.

I appreciate the context that you have shared as that is super helpful! This error message may be due to the age that your TikTok account when it was first created. Since we are unable to look into the specifics of the TikTok account that you are attempting to connect, we wouldn't be able to assist with changing the age that has been set. I would suggest reaching out to TikTok as they should be able to assist you with this by providing some additional support or insight to making this change.
You can reach out to TikTok's support directly by selecting the Get Support option from within the application. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
