Why am I not receiving emails from my contact page anymore?

Hi there,

I have hit a wall with my contact page - I'm not receiving emails from my contact page anymore

I have tried:
- sending the test emails from settings (they work)
- deleting my contact details and re-adding my contact emails in the notification centre but no joy.
- some other form embeds but I don't want to pay extra money for simple contact emails

I can't upgrade to Shopify Plus for help as I don't want to update my billing currency to USD

I'm desperate to get this fixed so I can promote my business so any help is appreciated
