I just installed Shopify Chat on my store then installed Shopify Ping on my Android device (Samsung s20+).
In testing it out, the app on my phone does not give me any notification that I have a customer that's trying to contact me. I do no see any settings within the app to manage notifications. Is this a total oversight on the design on this app? or am I missing something?
