Why am I seeing a blank page in Facebook and Instagram settings?

When im trying to go to facebook and instagram setting it just shows me a blank page. Why is this? I already tryed to uninstall app and reinstall. not working...

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your Meta app. Are you able to confirm if this recently started happening? In the meantime, let's try out a few local troubleshooting step since reinstalling it did not work:

• Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
• Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. 
• Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
• Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)

If you are still having issues, feel free to share a screenshot of the page and I can take a closer look.

Hi, I'm running into the same issue. I did two of the four you suggested; cleared my cache and tried several different browsers. The page is still blank. Please help.
