Why am I seeing a Google Ads checklist error despite completing all steps?

hi, until 3 weeks ago, I didn't have this error. Now its across all my products. 

1) I have updated the category manually across all my products last week. Still the error shows up. 

2) My google Product check list is complete. Yet the error shows. I have checked Google Ads Manager as well. 

Can someone please let me know what's missing or what needs to be done? appreciate it!
