Why am I still being billed after uninstalling my apps?

I had uninstalled the apps ,so why are you talking the peyment with me ?  

once i am given access to the store< then i will make the peyment shopify paln subcription not a shopify apps because i had uninstalled the apps , please access the my shopify store  ,solve my problam . thankyou

This can sometimes occur when you cancel the app after the billing cycle has begun, meaning payment was owed for that time used. You should be able to view the cycle on your Shopify invoice which will state the dates the payment was for.
