Why am I unable to tag products in Instagram Shopping?

Hi! 

I have connected my Shopify with Facebook and instagram and got the message that my store was ready to start with instagram shopping. the "tag products" appear when I want to post a picture, but when I want to tag products I either get the message that the product is hidden in stores (even though its "active" in my Shopify store) or that the product aren't using the domain I choose for my store on Instagram!
