Why are all the good things from shopify not coming to India?

Why are all the good things by shopify not present in India?

Like shop app, shopify payments, shopify collective, shopify bundle app, price per kg like feature which is available to eu market. Aren't these basic things? 

Isn't India a good market with so high population and every 4th person running business wants to sell online. Every second person is purchasing online and using digital payments even at local stores to pay for everything from INR 10 to INR 100000 and beyond. From tooth brush to mobile phones. 

Is Indian market ignored by shopify?
