Why are customers unable to sign into Smile account?

Hello- My customers are reporting that they cannot sign into their customer accounts to access their rewards-via the Smile app. Customers login and get kicked back to the login page repeatedly. Even after password changes. Have contacted Smile and they inform me the problem is on the Shopify end.
