Why are my Amazon affiliate orders not showing in my Spreadr account?

I am using spreadr to add amazon products to my store and my orders were all processed and paid out but none of the orders show in my amazon affiliate account & when I reached out to amazon their representative stated that Shopify and spreadr are not authorized via Amazon's Affiliate operating policy. I have several orders I have been paid out for and all say fulfilled. what is the problem and what is the solution.
