Why are my app payouts delayed for the past few months?

We usually get payouts for our app on 7th and 22nd of every month. But since 3 months, there has been one or the other problem due to which payout on 22nd was delayed. This month, they are not even showing the payout on 22nd, it is showing as next month 6th. I tried their customer service, they don't understand anything about this issue.

 Anyone else facing the same issue for the app?
