Hello! I created my Shopify account and website a few days ago and wonder why my reviews are not showing up on my page/products. I have received several email notifications they are there but I cannot find them. How can I fix this?

My shop URL is: https://caittandco.myshopify.com

Hello, @cepperson14.

Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!

I've taken a look at your store (caittandco.myshopify.com) and it looks like you might be using a third-party app, called Editorify - Product Reviews. Similar to our Product Reviews app (free), they also have a setting that allows you to disable automatic publishing. This setting is designed so that merchants can review the customer's review, and you can follow similar steps to publish an unpublished review. While Editorify doesn't have a guide on approving reviews specifically, they do have a couple of guides on disabling automatic publishing (in different words) and managing existing reviews that should be able to help you out:

Should you require further assistance with Editorify, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information found in the Support section of their app's page or through the contact link on the Editorify Help Center

I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community and I'd also love to share some resources to help get you get started. I think your homepage looks very unique, and you're off to a great start there. However, there may be an opportunity to add more store policies, like a refund or shipping, onto your navigation menus. Speaking of footers, some merchants also find that removing the "Powered by Shopify" message from the footer can help make their storefronts look more professional. Would this be something that interests you as well?

That being said, if you have a lot of customers reaching out via the contact page, then you can also consider using something like Shopify Inbox (free) to interact with customers live on your store. You can also set up some quick auto-responses that can help answer some of the more common questions when you're not around. Since it looks like you've already launched your store and you're already getting reviews, then congratulations are in order and you may want to start planning for the next part of growing your business. Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store yet?
