Why are no apps or addons appearing in my online store?

Hi!

I have installed a few apps in the store maussafety.fi the theme of which is imported from majssafety.com. We have all rights for the code. The shop gave error for a use of unauthorized code and I located the problem to vital-scripts.liquid snippet. Copied it to a safe place and deleted the whole thing. The shop works but no apps work. Is there any ways with which I could tell the system that the code is authorized after which the shop would work as it should :)?
