Why are no products appearing in my online store menu?

I have set up my menu and now nothing is showing up in it when I click on them i talked to someone in support and they say it might be a code issue i don't know anything about code Help !!!!!

I understand that you recently set up your navigation bar and your products aren't showing up. I went through your shop and also noticed that when selecting your collections in your menu section, no products are being displayed. You will want to ensure that you have successfully linked your collections. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.
  • On the Navigation page, click the name of the menu that you would like to edit
  • In the Menu items section, click Edit menu item.
  • In the Name field, confirm the name of the collection. This will be displayed to customers.
  • In the Link list, select Collection, and then select the collection that you're adding a link for.
  • Click Add.

If you are still having issues, another option would be to reach out to your theme developer and see if they can provide a step by step guide on how to change this line of code manually. Check out our Help Center resource here to learn how to contact your theme developer.
