Hi, @Kian2.

As @Honah mentioned, one of the reasons why a product may not be showing on the Shop App is due to product eligibility. So while you as a merchant may be eligible for the Shop sales channel, it's possible that some of your products may be ineligible.

For more context, products that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or products that aren't supported by your region's Shopify Payments provider cannot be sold on Shop. Additionally, there are also certain products that are higher risk and therefore aren't eligible for Shop either. You can find more information about this on our help guide here

Another potential reason why the product may not be showing is because it doesn't have an image attached to it. Keep in mind that products must have at least one image in order to display in the Shop App. Sometimes if an image gets changed, the product may disappear until it is re-indexed by the system, which can take up to 24 to 48 hours.

If you believe none of the situations above apply to your products however, you can contact our live support team as we'll be able to authenticate your store and double check your store's product eligibility from our end.

To get in touch with our team, you'll need to login to your store via our Help Center here. Once logged in, select a topic that best fits your query or situation. From there, you'll be taken to a page with a list of relevant support articles, and you can scroll to the bottom of that page to select your preferred contact method with our team. Our live support team will be able to assist you further from there.
