App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Good morning everyone,
I'm experiencing some issues with the Loox Reviews app with product ratings not showing on product cards and collection pages. Although I have all the settings of my theme activated so that they are displayed, in some of them they are displayed and in others they are not. Does anyone know what the configurations are or how it could be solved?

The first thing you have to do always when have problems with a purchased app is contact app developers.
Have you contacted the developers of the Shopify reviews app by Loox? Although this may not be a typical issue, they should be the first ones you ask for assistance.
