My shopify apps doesn't work,

 

any help please ?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with accessing apps on the shop, to get this resolved. To ensure I fully understand, are you receiving any errors when opening an app from the Shopify admin? 

 

If so, this could be due to permissions being required from the Account Owner. I recommend checking out our Staff Permissions documentation for more information on accessing and managing apps. 

 

Alternatively, I recommend attempting some local troubleshooting steps that may help resolve this issue: 

 

  • Clear the Cache and Cookies.  
  • Try on Another Web Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or an Incognito Window.
  • Ensure the web browser is Up To Date on the latest version.
  • Try Another Device such as another computer or a cellphone.
  • Try on the Shopify Mobile App.
  • Try another Internet Connection (i.e switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)

If after attempting all of the following steps outlined above the issue persists, please Contact Support to allow for further investigation.
