Why aren't my Judge.me reviews displaying correctly on PlaceForJoy?

I use judge.me review app and the ends cut off, my site placeforjoy.com

The bottom part of the reviews are cut off, the names are not fully shown, as you can see in the photo, the bold text cuts off

I reached out to Judge.me live chat and they solved this problem instantly:

That can be adjusted from your Carousel settings, you just need to change the block's height by going to Widgets > Reviews Carousel > Customize:

Adjusting it from 250px to 400px did the trick for me, but expand it as needed for your site.
