App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
I’ve connected the Printify app and signed in through Shopify. However, the products that I have created on Printify aren’t showing on the app within Shopify.
Is the issue on the Shopify side or with Printify and how do I rectify this?
Thanks

I'm having the same issue, did you figure this out? I can see I can import products with an excel sheet, but it's not clear what you need to do. Also, I see that I can create new products, so am I supposed to recreate my Printify products? Also, if I can create products in Shopify, why do I need Printify?
I got one of 17 products that were already in my printify account to show up on Shopify but have no idea how. I went to printify directly and republished all items and I also copied each item to Shopify but why only one showed up is beyond me.
I have to be real here, the hype makes it sound great, but the more I think about it, this whole thing is a one-way street. They're all happy to take my money, but there is NO ONE in the world to answer a call when I need actual help? There has to be another way. I can't justify doing business with a company whose only support outlet is other customers.
I ran into this as well... for me the problem was that I created my shop on printify before linking shopify. Then when I linked shopify to my printify account it actually made a SECOND store inside printify. If you go to printify's website you will see this on the left side menu right under the printify logo. The red arrow is my original store I made, and the blue one is what shopify created when I linked. If you go into "Manage my stores" you can copy all the products from one store to another.
I also created a store on printify before linking to Shopify. The shop was on my website only and in order to be able to sell on TikTok and Instagram, I thought I needed Shopify. ( I did want to keep my shop on my website, maybe that was the issue, but how was I supposed to find out?) However I can still put links in my posts and I know it isn't as easy for customers as if they could by from the app, but again, the number of entities imposing a percentage of every transaction making more than I am is a huge turn off, esp when there is no support. I eventually got my products to show up, but I'm not sure how. I just don't want to be in a situation where a customer has a problem, and they will, and I have no idea how to help them or correct it. I mean, I can issue a refund, but I still have to pay for the transaction. And, to make matters worse, TikTok rejected my shop 7 times and of course, you can't call them either. No clue what the problem is. I filled out a support form, but it's broken and won't send. meanwhile they email me every day to complete my application. Good job TikTok, lol!
I had this same issue and I figured it out - at least for what I needed. I went into my Printify product page and at the far right of each product is a 3 dot "overflow menu" and if you select it, you can chose "Copy to" and it should bring up your Shopify store as a target. I was able to select all of my previous products and move them right into my new store.
When I went over to my apps in Shopify, they showed up.
Hope this helps!
I forgot that was there and face palmed, thanks for reminding me!
Thank you so much!! Crazy that we can't get anyone at the company we are paying to answer this, but thanks to you.
If you have not resolved i just figured this out after hours of trying. Printify tags have to be the same on shopify. AND you have to add in shopify the collection page you are adding it to or it wont add it even if its loaded on your page. I have my product on etsy and shopify and the issue only happens in shopify. So go back to printify and at bottom of page of your shopify in printify add the collection page your linking to. As well as same tags have to be on printify and shopify. This fixed my issue.
Thank you so much!!
This is the solution.
"So go back to printify and at bottom of page of your shopify in printify add the collection page your linking to. As well as same tags have to be on printify and shopify. "
Could you break this down into a step-by-step, numbered list. I don't know what "at bottom of page of your shopify in printify" means.
