Why aren't my reviews displaying on the browser?

I followed the instructions to add reviews to my site and they are not showing when I visit through the browser. They are however working fine when I visit the site on mobile.

I'd appreciate any help!

Just wanted to update this thread. I've noticed two things happening:

1. Reviews will show up on a desktop browser, but only on a sold out product. 

2. Reviews show up fine on a mobile device if you are viewing it in portrait orientation. However, when you switch to landscape orientation, the reviews dissapear.
