Why aren't my Shopify Form Popups appearing on client sites?

I had set up Shopify Forms Popups on a client site yesterday. But the forms are not appearing on the website. 

Couldn't find anything different than other client sites I had setup the same, without any issue. 

Just to state the obvious:

• Forms are active
• Enabled from Theme Customisation > App Embeds

Anyone faced similar issue?

@Beae_Cass hi is Shopify better than or does the same function as Privy when it comes to provide a pop up functionality to capture customer information for marketing?

I am still having a small growing online business so the basic requirement is to bring a pop up to capture customer data and generate a discount code for customer who opt in for marketing. Hence i wanted to check if Forms will be sufficient, light weight app for this purpose?
