Why aren't some events coming through to AWS EventBridge in my app?

Hello everyone,

I'm working on a Shopify app and I'm having an issue with some events not coming through to AWS EventBridge.

I can confirm that when a prodcut is created this event successfully ends up in AWS for me. However, I'm having trouble getting other events to come through.

Here are the events the app is subscribing to:

Here are my scopes:

scopes = "read_orders,read_fulfillments,read_products"

Any thoughts? Hmmm
