Why can't I access my online store from my computer?

Hello, I opened a store yesterday and changed the e-mail of that store today, so I thought I did, but nothing changed. After these, I lost my access from the computer and could only enter the store from the phone. After that, I tried to delete the session from the phone, but it said my password is wrong and I don't know, I couldn't change it either, I tried to log in to the store again after the session could not be deleted, but it popped up on the same screen over and over. Please help (The address where I am writing these is not my real address, but the address I opened to ask for help).
