Why can't I access my store's administration panel?

It sounds like you're currently experiencing an issue with logging into the admin of your Shopify account. Please feel free to correct me if I'm not understanding the situation fully. If that is correct, then in order to help out I'll need to get some more information on the problem. Could you please reply back to this post and let me know: 

• What exactly is the issue when you try to access your admin? (are you getting an error message?, does the page not load?, etc.)
• Have you been able to access your admin previously, and if so when was the last time it worked? 
• Are you the account owner of the account in question, or a staff member on file?
