I can not access Stocky from the Shopify app, (when i tried the screen is just white, doing nothing) i can only open Stocky if i do it on a web browser, anybody had the same problem? how can i solve it? my barcode scanner is not working and i need to do stocktakes for inventory control and i would like to do it with the phone camera as a lector but i read that can do it only if i access to stocky from the shopify app.

@ibizabenibeca @Blair We are having the same issues. Also, the „report a bug“ feature ist not working. In our case we have contacted the support, which suggested to use the „Report a bug“. No idea how to get a solution if nothing works…..
Has anyone had any luck with this, just about to start using this and the same issue with the blank screen. Have tried support suggestions of resetting but not worked.
Support saying its being looked at but no timeframe as to a fix?

The Support was able to help me. By allowing third-party services within the app settings, I got it working again.

Yes we tried that 2 days ago, and didnt work and have tried a few times since. Strangely after I posted this it loaded, not sure what or if anything I did, but its now not blank.
Unfortunately it is only showing inventory transfers between warehouses and not POs or Stock take which is what I want if for for staff to deliver and stock take, does yours show this or only stock transfers?

Did you ever get a resolution? I can't see a purchase order in the POS so I can't receive with a barcode scanner. Is this normal?
Hi I am having this same issue and on iOS, where did you allow third-party services within app settings? In Shopify or on the device?
Just so anyone reading this that getting a loading screen over and over first thing to check Allow Cross-Website Tracking.
1- Go to setting on the ipad
2- Scroll to the bottom and tap Shopify Pos
3- Turn on (Allow Cross-Website Tracking)
You might need to log out and in of the shopify pos app to reset it

It sounds like you may have added the Stocky transfers extension to your Smart Grid. Is the Smart Grid tile called Inventory transfers?
When you navigate to Add tile > App > Stocky, you will see app extensions and App link/App website. The UI extension is just for the transfers workflow, and the App link or website will load the full Stocky web view for workflows like stock takes, adjustments and more.

I finally was able to open theStocky App Link but only see Stock Transfers and no workflows like stock takes or Adjustments?

Stock Transfers is the first UI extensions available for Stocky. Additional Stocky UI extensions for inventory workflows are in development and planned to release soon. The Shopify changelog will be updated once the UI extensions are available.
