Why can't I access the clothing-stores99 order tracking?

I ordered an item from clothing-stores99

But when I was checking my order track, It started to show "THE LINK YOU FOLLOWED IN NO LONGER AVAILABLE"

When i tried  to open the store it said, "THE STORE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE" 

Now, I'm trying to open FAQ then, it showing access denied. Like what the actual thing is going on?? huh? I,m tried of this...please refund me or give me  my order in 2 days as per written in delivery time. 
If I don't receive any reply I'm going to file a lawsuit. Please, Help me out and make sure to call this store as a fraud store.
