Why can't I add more apps to my store?

Hi guys, I already got 6 apps but when trying to install another one here is my error message and no matter which app. Can you please help? And I already cleared the browing data on Chrome but still 😭

While you have completed some troubleshooting steps already, I'd encourage you to complete a few more. This will allow us to help determine whether the issue is related to a browser issue or Shopify specifically. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed those additional steps below for you to complete to see if this helps to resolve:

 

  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab. 
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Try Another Device (i.e cell phone).
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App. 
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date. 

 

After completing all of the outlined steps above, you continue to receive that error, you can connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. 

 

To connect, you can: 

 

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.
