Why can't I connect Delhivery to my online store?

I was unable to integrate Delhi-very to Shopify. I did all the required steps like Api and all but still my orders are not shown to Delhi-very please help.

there is a delivery service called Delhi-very i wanted to integrate that to shopify but it is not showing orders there
