App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
We had a bunch of errors when connecting the Facebook app to our store. It was suggested that we uninstall and reinstall the app. Now we cannot even install it we get stuck on a loop of "Enter your shop domain to log in or install this app." I put in the domain, hit install and it takes me right back to "Enter your shop domain to log in or install this app."
How do we get past this?

Hey, @KieraC! Welcome to Shopify Community!
From what you have described, it sounds like you are experiencing a local issue. Local issues are triggered by something on your device or your surrounding circumstances and they can be fixed by local troubleshooting. To pinpoint the cause and attempt to fix the error, let's perform some local troubleshooting steps. Please go through the steps below, then try to install the Facebook app or channel after each step, to see if any of these resolve the problem.
If none of the troubleshooting steps allow you to access the pages and the error message still appears, we’ll need to access your account in order to investigate this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and log in to your account to create a support request.
Since this is the next step I've marked this reply as the solution for the benefit of others who may discover this topic. Thanks!
