Why can't I connect my Instagram to the Collabs app?

First it says I need to connect, so I do, then it says:

"Grant Facebook page permissions for only 1 page to connect."

So I tried again and the reply is "The Facebook account you connected is not associated to the Instagram Creator or Business account(s) you attempted to connect. Please try connecting again!"

Im just going in circles.

I understand that you are trying to connect your Facebook account to an Instagram Creator or Business account, and you are having difficulty doing so. I'm here to help!

It might be the case that you were adding the @ symbol to the beginning of your Instagram handle. Removing the @ symbol and only entering the account handle should resolve this issue.

If that does not resolve your issue, make sure that you have chosen the correct Instagram and Business pages in the onboarding flow as you may have chosen the wrong Facebook page - one that isn’t linked to the Instagram account you want to connect.

1. If you are seeing this step below as per the screenshot, please click on "edit settings" and make sure the Facebook page matches the Instagram account:

2. Check for the Instagram business account – which one would you like to use? Make sure to select the correct account and then click next during this step:

3. Next, select the correct page that you would to be connected, and click next. Should look like this:

4. Lastly, make sure that you have enabled all permissions, and allow Shopify Collabs to access every feature that is being requested. Looks like this:

I need help with a similar issue. I’m trying to connect facebook to shopify collab and it says it’s connected and once I click ok then a warning message comes up and says this 

Grant Facebook page

permissions for at least 1 page to connect. I was able to connect Instagram account and TikTok account just not able to connect facebook. And just so you know I tried connecting facebook before adding the other pages and after adding Instagram and TikTok. So this warning message came up both times. Please help!

Hello! I followed all of the instructions here and other recommendations and yet I am still receiving the same error. Are there any other ways to fix this?

Is the Facebook connection still having issues on collabs? I'm trying to connect Facebook and I see this error message.
