Why can't I download the app despite trying everything?

Unable to download app and tried everything. Getting this error message:

By any chance, could you attempt to clear the cache on your browser and try this action again? In some cases, clearing the cache on your browser can clear up mirror issues that you may experience with the Shopify admin.

If the issue persists, you can try to use a separate browser - for example, if this error message is happening when you are using Safari, try adding the application to your online store using Google Chrome.

Let me know if that does the trick.

I tried everything, clear cookies, incognito model, I tried Firefox, and Safari too.

Looking into the URL that you have provided, are you able to confirm if you are selling in USD? As I am looking into this third-party application, it looks like a requirement to install the application to your online store requires the currency to be USD. If you are attempting to install an application and happen to see these error message:

Depending on the applications compatibility, you can select the error to see the exact requirements to add the application to your online store.
