Why can't I find the checkout creation option in the webhook settings?

Hi,

I am trying to set up a new webhook, but the event option I am looking for is not on the list. I am looking for the checkout creation, but this option is not one of the dropdown options...

Earlier (6 month ago), I used this without any issue.

Any idea?
