every time I try I have to accept cookies. I don't and it just refreshes and asks again. I have updated my chrome then I tried on safari sill no luck.
anyone know how to solve this please?

I would like to give you some steps to troubleshoot the issue.
1) Clear the cookies and cache of your browser and then reboot the browser.
2) Log out of Facebook from your browser
3) Open a new Incognito browser page and log back into Facebook.
4) Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
5) If Steps 1-4 didn't work. Turn OFF blocking third-party cookies in chrome browser "Settings" > Advanced security and try again.
Try these troubleshooting steps and see if it works.
